DPD does not deliver parcels on bank holidays.
Unfortunately, we currently only offer delivery within the UK.
Please ensure you complete your order before 3:30 PM.
From Monday to Thursday, choose the "Insured Next Business Day by 12 PM" option.
If you're placing your order on Friday, select "Saturday by 12 PM" for delivery.
No, at the moment we only accept bank transfers.
If you selected Insured delivery(£12),please provide us with clear photographs of the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
If you opted for the Standard uninsured delivery (£8.80), please note that we are not liable for damage that occurs during transit.
